Why I'm Watching it
The parcel is already fenced and offers good usable land that could support a future horse setup. While the property doesn’t currently have horse facilities in place, the layout appears to offer room for future barn, paddocks or arena, which makes it an interesting one to watch.

Why I’m watching it
Daniel sits just outside Heber City and has become very attractive to horse owners because of the open land and agricultural zoning. Whether you envision a hobby farm, a horse boarding facility, or simply extra space to relax and enjoy, the possibilities are endless.

Things I noticed:

  • agricultural area supportive of horses
  • beautiful valley views
  • room for arena or barn development

Why I’m watching it
Ogden Valley properties offer something unique, mountain access and rural land within a recreational destination area. the 6.64 irrigated acres offer endless opportunity with a powered wood pavilion, fire pit, and multiple sheds, ideal for entertaining, animals, or future expansion.

WHAT I LOOK FOR WHEN EVALUATING HORSE PROPERTY

A lot of listings advertise acreage, but acreage alone doesn’t tell the whole story. Other details often matter more than the total acreage number. When evaluating a horse property I look for:
  • pasture usability
  • drainage and soil conditions
  • barn orientation and wind protection
  • trailer access
  • water and irrigation availability
