WHAT I LOOK FOR WHEN EVALUATING HORSE PROPERTY

A lot of listings advertise acreage, but acreage alone doesn’t tell the whole story. Other details often matter more than the total acreage number. When evaluating a horse property I look for:
  • pasture usability
  • drainage and soil conditions
  • barn orientation and wind protection
  • trailer access
  • water and irrigation availability
